Questions
How is the position counted?
It's your rank among the normal (organic) results. Ads, the map pack and other boxes aren't counted in that number. The map pack and Google Maps have their own columns.
Which locations can I track?
Any town, city or region in the United Kingdom and the United States. You pick the location for each project, so one business can have a project for each town it serves.
How often are rankings checked?
Once a day, early in the morning UK time. You can also run one extra check per project each day.
What do I get for free?
10 keywords checked once a week and one map grid scanned once a month, for as long as you like. Paid plans check every day, scan grids every week and let you run a check whenever you want.
Can I add more map grids?
Yes. On any paid plan you can add packs of 5 extra map grid keywords for $9 a month from your account page, without changing plan.
How does AI visibility tracking work?
You add questions like “Who is the best emergency locksmith in London?”. Every week we ask ChatGPT and Gemini each one, from the UK or US, and record whether your business is mentioned, its place in the list, whether your website is cited, and which businesses and sites are named instead. What is the map grid?
Google Maps results change street by street. A map grid runs the same Maps search from up to 81 points around your business and colours each one by your rank, so you can see the areas where you win and the ones where competitors take the calls. Grids rescan every week.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Change plan or cancel from the account page whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next payment.
