Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Easy Ranking Tracker collects, why, and what you can do about it. Easy Ranking Tracker (the "Service", at easyrankingtracker.com) is operated by WA Global LLC ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. What we collect
- Account details: your name (if you give it), email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
- Your projects: the website domains, business names, locations and keywords you enter, and the ranking results we collect for them.
- Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We receive a customer reference, your plan, subscription status and renewal date.
- Technical data: a login cookie (see below), and standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and time) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
Google user data
Information received from Google sign-in (name, email address and Google account ID) is used only to create your account and sign you in. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared except as needed to run the Service. Easy Ranking Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where UK or EU data is transferred, it is protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie, ert_session, to keep you logged in (it lasts up to 30 days or until you log out), and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in that expires after 10 minutes. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
How long we keep data
- Account and project data: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).
- Request logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@easyrankingtracker.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Security
All connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to data is limited to what is needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
The Service is for businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
