Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and WA Global LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Easy Ranking Tracker at easyrankingtracker.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
1. The Service
Easy Ranking Tracker checks where websites appear in Google search results for keywords and locations you choose, and shows the results over time. Results come from automated searches run for the chosen location. Real searchers can see different results because of personalisation, device and exact location, so positions are a guide, not a guarantee. We do not promise any particular ranking for your website.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One Free plan account per person or business.
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Free plan
New accounts start on the Free plan, with the allowance and check frequency shown on our pricing page. No card is needed. We may change or end the Free plan with reasonable notice. If a paid subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your projects and history are kept.
4. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, including for part-used months, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Each plan includes a set keyword allowance. If you go over it, for example after downgrading, daily checks pause until you remove keywords or upgrade.
- If a payment fails, we may pause checks until it is resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period after that.
5. SEO services
- We also sell one-off services (SEO audit, on-page SEO, citation building and link building) at the prices shown when you order. You pay upfront through Stripe.
- After you order, we contact you to confirm the details before we start. Delivery times depend on the service and are estimates.
- If we haven't started work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion and cover only work not yet done.
- Search engines and AI tools decide their own rankings and answers, so we can't guarantee specific positions or mentions.
- For link building we place links on third-party websites we don't control. If a link is removed within 6 months, we'll replace it or refund that link.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to track searches that promote illegal activity;
- try to break, overload or get around the Service's security or limits, including by creating multiple accounts to get extra free allowance;
- copy, resell or provide the Service to others as your own product, or access it by automated means other than through the features we offer;
- share your login with people outside your business.
Read-only client links are meant for you to share with your own clients. You are responsible for who you share them with, and you can reset a link at any time.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to the domains, keywords and other information you add. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It depends on third-party providers (including search data providers) and may be interrupted for maintenance. We may change or improve features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
9. Disclaimer
Apart from what these terms expressly say, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the Service or do not pay. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your country of residence gives you that cannot be waived.
